Sound familiar?
Large companies must report on their supply chains, so they pass the questions down to you.
Lenders increasingly factor ESG information into credit decisions for SMEs.
Thousands of euros for what should be a structured afternoon of work.
You're not legally required to report — but your customers and lenders are asking anyway. Since 2026, VSME is the official EU cap on what they can ask a company your size. Deliver one VSME report, and you have an answer for everyone.
How it works
Plain-language questions about your energy use, workforce and business practices. Each one tells you where to find the answer — your electricity bill, your payroll. Skip what doesn't apply; the standard allows it.
Your answers are structured into the VSME Basic Module format published by the European Commission — the same format banks and large customers recognise.
A clean, professional report with your logo, ready to send to whoever asked. Update and re-download free for 12 months.
Answer customer or bank ESG requests once, reuse the report all year.
Produce branded reports for every client on one flat monthly plan — no per-company licences.
White-label the report engine, keep the advisory relationship.

Questions
The Voluntary Sustainability Reporting Standard for SMEs, developed by EFRAG and adopted by the European Commission. It's the official EU format for smaller companies to share sustainability information — and the legal ceiling on what large companies can request from SMEs in their value chain.
No — that's the point. VSME is voluntary. But if a customer or bank asks for ESG data, a VSME report is the standardised, recognised way to answer once instead of filling in a different questionnaire for every request.
Most companies finish in 2–4 hours. You can save progress and return anytime. A pre-flight checklist tells you exactly which documents to gather before you start.
Version 1 covers the Basic Module — sufficient for the vast majority of data requests. Comprehensive Module support is on the roadmap, and early access members vote on priorities.
On encrypted, EU-hosted infrastructure. Your data is never shared or sold, and you can delete it at any time.
Early access
We're onboarding a small group of early users at 50% off. If your company — or your clients — are getting sustainability data requests, leave your email and tell us one thing: who's asking?
