When you join the early-access list, we collect your work email address and, when supplied, your answer to the optional question about who is requesting ESG data. We may also receive basic technical information needed to operate and secure the website, such as IP address, browser type, and request logs.

We use this information to manage the early-access programme, contact you about Klarform, understand customer needs, prevent abuse, and maintain the security and reliability of the website. We do not sell your personal data.

Legal basis

We process early-access submissions with your consent and process essential technical data where necessary for our legitimate interests in operating and protecting the service. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.

Service providers and international transfers
